Post-trial Incarceration

The purpose of post-trial incarceration is to either hold convicted person until transported to prison or incarcerated in response to the criminal conviction.

Decision makers and stakeholders include the judge,  jail administrator, sheriff, probation agencies and Department of Corrections.

These decisions include:

  1. Classification for housing, programming eligibility, work release eligibility and assignment
  2. Responses to misconduct, reclassification decisions, release planning and release.
