Northpointe provides our clients with ongoing maintenance and technical support of our software applications. Service is provided via internet, phone, e-mail and onsite visits when necessary. All maintenance and support contracts address any software bug fixes, software updates and enhancements.

Northpointe Hosting
Northpointe provides the option of hosting the COMPAS application for our clients. The cost of purchasing new hardware and software along with the additional staff needed to support the application may put pressure on your agency’s budget that is not available at the present time. The Northpointe hosting option can be an alternative to offset those costs.
