Ad Hoc Report Generator

The Ad Hoc Report Generator allows for custom building of numerous rosters, statistical and trend reports on the COMPAS database. This is useful for understanding the characteristics of the offender populations being served, case load reports, planning, budgeting and forecasting.

• Provides line staff, managers and administrators easy access to all of the data fields in the system across all licensed software titles in the suite.
• Report outputs can be exported in PDF and various spreadsheet formats including Excel, Word, XML, RTF, etc. for importing into statistical packages for more advanced analysis.
• Allows you to set the conditions to report on any aspect of your data. Some of the available data categories are: person demographics, agency descriptors, risk and criminogenic needs scales, case plan items, program/services outcomes, secondary assessment scores, etc. Use any combination of these elements to suit your reporting needs.
