(“Volaris”) announced that it has acquired Northpointe Institute for Public Management (“Northpointe”), an experienced criminal justice consulting and research firm providing software products, consulting, training and implementation services to federal, state and local criminal justice systems and policy makers. The acquisition expands Volaris’ presence in the Justice vertical market.
Current Northpointe leadership, staff, product offerings and business operations remain intact. You should experience the same Northpointe relationships, products and services without interruption.
