Traverse City, MI – August 4, 2010 - Northpointe Institute for Public Management, a leader in the corrections software and consulting industry, today announced that it has renewed its certified status in the Microsoft Partner Program with an ISV/Software Solutions Competency. The title of Microsoft Certified Partner is given to companies that demonstrate a proficiency in Microsoft products and deliver great service to their customer base. One of the requirements necessary to earn the status was successful completion of rigorous certification testing of Northpointe’s flagship product, The COMPAS Software Suite. The COMPAS Software Suite is a seamless, integrated, and web-based software solution for offender assessment, classification and case management.
“Northpointe Institute for Public Management has a rich history of building quality software based on Microsoft technologies for the corrections market,” said Dave Colliver, Sales and Marketing Manager of Northpointe. “The certified partner status is a key differentiator that illustrates the depth of our application development and support capabilities. We are honored to be a certified partner as it is a reflection of our hard work and leadership status in the corrections marketplace.”
The Microsoft Partner Program was launched in October 2003 and represents Microsoft’s ongoing commitment to the success of partners worldwide. The program offers a single, integrated partnering framework that recognizes partner expertise, rewards the total impact that partners have in the technology marketplace, and delivers more value to help partners’ business be successful.
